How it works
Install the Chrome extension
Add EQ Annotator from the Chrome Web Store. It integrates directly with your Paligo instance. Get it here →
Click an image in Paligo
Select any image in the Paligo editor. An "Annotate" button appears in the image toolbar.
Add callouts and arrows
Place numbered callouts, draw arrows, or highlight areas with rectangles. Choose colors and styles.
Save and sync
Click save. The annotated image is automatically uploaded back to Paligo — no manual export needed.

What is EQ Annotator?

Do I need a Paligo account?
Yes. EQ Annotator is designed specifically for Paligo CCMS. You need an active Paligo instance and API access to use the full sync functionality.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). Paligo API credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We are fully GDPR compliant.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. Each organization can have multiple seats. Team members share annotations and can collaborate on the same Paligo instance.
What happens after the trial?
After the 90-day free trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue using EQ Annotator. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted.
